GEMBAL Alexander
(born January 18 [1] 1895) - Brigadier General of the Polish Army. During the war, the Bolsheviks with t he Ukrainians and commanded a company in the Second Battalion, 22 Infantry Regiment. On 31 May-1 June 1919, during the Polish offe nsive of the May, he participated in the capture of Ternopil. In June of that year he was wounded. In 1924, he served as quartermaster 22 Infantry Regiment in Siedlce, which then led Col. Henryk Krok-Paszkowski. In 1925 he was transferred to 62 Infantry Regiment of the combined allocation for the position of manager of the paper in the Department of General Headquarters of the Corps District No. IX in Brest [2].
